Iâm Lauren.
My path to becoming a practitioner & trainer began right where you might be right now. I felt all over the place and like nothing I was doing was working â adult acne, belly fat, 0 sleep, high anxiety, and crazy low energy â âthe worksâ.
It wasnât until I started taking my health seriously and made a few key tweaks to my approach that I was able to achieve my dream physique and reverse the chronic issues that I had come to think of as normal. These exciting early results fueled me to pursue a career where I could offer real, natural, and impactful solutions to help other women change their health & lives too.
As a board-certified holistic health practitioner and certified personal trainer, Iâve spent nearly a decade empowering women like you to elevate their lives through proper nutrition, fitness and effective wellness habits that seamlessly fit into their daily routines.
